But what no-one noticed  was the message written on rock bottom of her shoes.
Stylist Karla Welch announce a photograph of 1 shoe with "Off" written on the only real. "You'll need to guess what the opposite shoe says." she wrote. "Our note to the social organisation | teamresistance."
